I had a wonderful stay at frederick street townhouse. The room was a beautiful blend of vintage charm and modern comfort, making it feel inviting. The bed was so cozy, just how I like it, and the hot shower and standalone bath were good. Plus, the complimentary muesli and milk were lovely touches that elevated my breakfast experience. It was also super close to the arena, which made our trip even better.
Nothing major!

My room with comfy bed, the bar, as for instance was huge. The breakfast offered lots of appetising meals. The hotel had a very central location and it was right next to Jewellery Quarter. The biggest reason why I loved this stay was welcoming, approachable staff.

While the room had a few issues, like some dampness and noise from the nearby pub, the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff more than made up for it. The location was fantastic for exploring the Jewellery Quarter and nearby attractions, perfect for creating family memories. The self-service breakfast options were a nice touch, though a proper cooked option would enhance the experience. a solid hotel for a city break!

I recently stayed for a weekend getaway and was impressed. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the city center, and the laid-back vibe made my stay nice. I loved the thoughtful touches in the room—like complimentary biscuits and a handy mini fridge. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always eager to help. Dining at the Button Factory next door was a treat; the food was delicious and service perfect. Clean, comfortable rooms with good WiFi made for a pleasant stay.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Located in a vibrant area, this charming spot has a cozy vibe and stylish decor. The staff is super friendly, and the complimentary breakfast offers a decent selection. Just a heads up, it can get loud at night from the nearby bar, so light sleepers may want to consider that.

Had a blast with my friends! The location was perfect for hitting up The Button Factory and The Rectory nearby. We loved the comfy beds and found the shower great. Just a heads-up, breakfast had a decent variety, but we heard mixed reviews on the breakfast bags. Definitely worth the stay though!
One downside was the checkout confusion since reception wasn't staffed. It took a bit to figure out where to leave the key, which wasn't ideal after a long night out.

This place has a really cozy vibe. The quirky decor. The room had a comfy bed and a powerful shower, a fantastic surprise after a long day. I loved the thoughtful touches, like great toiletries and a warm welcome from the staff. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter and close to all the action. I encountered a hiccup during checkout. The reception wasn't staffed, and it took a few minutes to figure out where to leave the key. It's a bit of a hassle when you're in a rush. I heard some noise from the bar next door, but it didn't bother me too much since the place has its charm.
